How do I create an account?
Download the BillSmart app from your app store, open it, and tap 'Create Account'. Follow the prompts to set up your business profile.
Is BillSmart available on iOS and Android?
Yes, BillSmart is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
How do I set up my business profile?
After creating an account, you'll be guided through the setup process. You'll need to enter your business name, contact information, and logo.
Invoicing
How do I create an invoice?
Tap the '+' button on the dashboard and select 'New Invoice'. Select a customer, add products, adjust quantities, and tap 'Save'.
Can I customize my invoice template?
Yes, Pro users can customize invoice templates with their logo, colors, and additional fields. Go to Settings > Invoice Templates.
How do I send an invoice to a customer?
Open the invoice and tap 'Share'. You can send via email, WhatsApp, or generate a PDF to share through other apps.
Payments
Does BillSmart process payments?
BillSmart currently focuses on invoice creation and management. You'll need to process payments through your existing methods.
How do I mark an invoice as paid?
Open the invoice and tap 'Mark as Paid'. You can enter the payment date and method for your records.
Can I track partial payments?
Yes, Pro users can record partial payments against invoices. Open the invoice and tap 'Add Payment'.
